Abstract

Problems related to locations nowadays represent the wide field of interest, so methods contributing to their solving are already in day-to-day use. The aim of this paper is to create the model that mean the integration of fuzzy AHP and ARAS methods which enables us to estimate and valuate three potential locations for logistics center construction in the territory of Republic of Srpska. The choice of the logistics center location is based on an integrated decisions and risk methodology for the selection of the best locations. Valuating is done on the base of six qualitative and quantitative criteria compared between each other based on fuzzy triangular numbers (TFN) and by applying Chang’s extent analysis, what gives us high valued values for each criteria, that greatly influence final rank of alternatives. The choice of the logistics center location is based on an integrated decisions and risk methodology for the selection of the best locations.
