Abstract

Due to the large amount of available data, engineers have developed special systems for storing, processing and routing data of importance. For this purpose, information systems of different types and purposes have been developed. They are based on the use of physical resources of computers (hardware), applications and systems that manage them (software), then the use of warehouse (database) and transmission through various communication channels (networks) with the support of educated people in the field of information technology. This enables fast and timely delivery of relevant information that consists of information within an organization. With them, it is also possible to design application programs that can, in a certain percentage, replace human evaluation and analysis of facts.In accordance with technical development, automation has got its significance.
